This is about user:thirukkacchi's wikimedia account(global account). The user vandalised one of my images(contributed by me) in wikimedia commons. I'm providing the diffs of the sockmaster's vandalising edits here

Diff of user:117.193.155.209's vandalising edits. . The edits from the sockmaster and the ip were made within a span of few minutes, in the same page. I repeat again, that this is not about the user's wikipedia accounts, but his/her wikimedia account. I'm not sure if this is the right place to report wikimedia sockpuppetry.
