Metallica MTV's contributions include many page "creations" (reverting redirects to previous article state) followed by self-reversions to the redirect form, like here . Calors771's contributions consist almost entirely of the same type of edit, including at that same page . Burlesque RCA made similar edits (to a different redirect) here , and interacted with Calors771 when both users made nonsense "test"/net blank edits to the same page here .   The /21 is blocked. The /22 hasn't had particularly recent activity and has quite a bit of good faith editing on it, so blocking specific IPs seems preferable.
