This non-free advertisement is stated to be used to support the advertising campaign for the Motorola phone. There is no significant sourced commentary about the advertising. This non-free screenshot from a documentary stated to illustrate the outdoor party and the documentary about the collective. There is no significant sourced commentary about this image and its removal would not detract from a reader's understanding of the party. As for the documentary, it is simply a bullet point in the popular culture section and its presence does not aid in a user's understanding of the topic. Fails WP:NFCC#8. A search at Archive.org reveals only one result, and the archived page indicates the file licensing as "All Rights Reserved" (thereby unsuitable for Commons despite that the country has sufficient exceptions for public-space works).   @Elephanthunter: are you sure? The archived copy does not indicate the real name of the Flickr uploader. Commons is strict in verifying files. Note that this cannot be kept here because it violates no FOP for sculptures in the United States, which means it must be sent to Commons immediately (if there is a tangible proof that both the uploader and Flickr photographer is the same person). @JWilz12345: Looks that way. There's a Linkedin "Noël Hanna" who was an English teacher in Shenyang only during the year of 2004. Matches up with this 2004 photo of a Shenyang statue uploaded by "Noel Hanna" with a Flicker comment "I missed the English students! It was just down the street from my hotel so I visited it a few times." and part of the album "One year in China". --Elephanthunter (talk) 07:28, 8 August 2021 (UTC)
