Vietnam at the 2021 Southeast Asian Games

Unreferenced, and so not verifiable. A copy of this article was already created in article space once, and moved to draft space by User:DarkGlow, who noted correctly that it was unsourced, and should be incubated in draft space. Instead, a copy has been created in article space, still without references, which was tendentious. This copy should be deleted and the draft left for addition of sources.
