Why this Supergirl variant/plotline deserves a dedicated entry? The article is just a pure plot summary, with no reception/significance, and references are all primary (comic books), except a single forum post... In other words, the coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline requirement nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) supplementary essay. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. I am not even sure what would be a good redirect target, and whether there is anything here that could be salvaged by merging; Supergirl#Matrix is entirely unreferenced and adding primary "references" from here there would be just a wiki window dressing...
