I wanted to let you know that I've undone your edit to Pantry – Wikipedia has a certain style for its references intended to make the content of the encyclopedia easily verifiable, so I have restored the previous version for now; feel free to let me know if you have any questions about improving the encyclopedia. As for becoming a host, I assume you're talking about being a Teahouse host. Teahouse hosts are editors who have contributed to Wikipedia for some time and understand how the encyclopedia works well enough to help newcomers with editing questions.
