A lot of the § Overview section appears to have been copied and paraphrased, something that we don't allow on Wikipedia. Content should be written and summarized by the editor, in their own words. Besides this, this article would benefit from more sources. QR Ph has existed for a while now, and the BSP has done a lot in pushing for its implementation, such as in their "Paleng-QR Ph" initiative. This and a lot more can be detailed further in the article. Please do remember, however, to summarize in your own words, rather than copy text. Something short and simple is better than paraphrasing text from another website. Thanks!
