Wilfred Chipere is a Zimbabwean Citizen who was born on 1January in Mufakose Haare and grew up in Zvimba Distric rural area under Chief Chirau.Wilfred did his Primary education at St Barnabas (Chirau) and went on to attend Secondary School at Matoranjera in Chitomborwizi.Wilfred Chipere is married to his longtime sweetheart Pascaline H.Chipere.
Wilfred Chipere is a holder of Diploma in Business Administration and Management.He also holds Bsc of Human Resources Management and Labour Relations.
Wilfred Chipere is a former member of MDC from it's formation and moved on to be with MDC-T when it splitted as Secretary for Elections at Ward level and Ward Organising Secretary,he later became MDC Alliance member in Hatfield Constituency under President Nelson Chamisa.He helped to build MDC Alliance party structures under President Nelson Chamisa in Hatfield after the MP Tapiwa Mashakada decided to join the Mwonzora camp.
Wilfred Chipere is the Interim Vice Chairman of Hatfield Constituency in Harare for the newly formed Citizens Coalition for Change in Zimbabwe.
Besides being a political activist he is also a human rights activist and his passion is to see human rights being respected.
