There were expectations 350,000 fans with disabilities would be visiting Paris., this could probably be worded better as "There were expectations that 350,000 fans with disabilities would be visiting Paris."
Toyota supplied organisers with a fleet of vehicles, including the Mirai fuel cell vehicle. Some 1,000 buses to transport athletes and accredited personnel., both of these sentences don't grammatically make sense.
