Don’t attempt to translate proper names – "Rattenharz" stays "Rattenharz". Yes, this is a rather funny-sounding name in German too – if you like, you might add something like (literally: Rats' resin")
"member congregation" seems an inappropriate translation of "Mitgliedsgemeinde" – "member municipality" would by literally correct, but simply "member" should be sufficient here
If adding a reference in a foreign language, IMHO one should refer to the original title instead of translating it – at least this is policy in de.wikipedia and whenever I contributed to en.wikipedia, I've done that and have not been corrected.
