I've added some bits from the German wiki. I'll see how far I get, checking the sources for utility. LTC (Ret.) David J. Cormier (talk) 21:26, 9 July 2014 (UTC)

Hi David, thanks a lot. Please note:
  1. Don’t attempt to translate proper names – "Rattenharz" stays "Rattenharz". Yes, this is a rather funny-sounding name in German too – if you like, you might add something like (literally: Rats' resin")
  2. "member congregation" seems an inappropriate translation of "Mitgliedsgemeinde" – "member municipality" would by literally correct, but simply "member" should be sufficient here
  3. If adding a reference in a foreign language, IMHO one should refer to the original title instead of translating it – at least this is policy in de.wikipedia and whenever I contributed to en.wikipedia, I've done that and have not been corrected.
I've fixed #1 and #2 – #3 I'll leave to you to decide.
Feel very welcome to go on – just don't mind that I'll have an eye on it and will help improving. --dealerofsalvation 04:41, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
