WP:COI is a behavioral guideline, not a policy... while you're probably on the money with the notability issue there doesn't appear to be any e.g. npov problems here that would justify the COI cleanup template... WP:WHYCOI? -- samjinout17:53, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
