Kagunga is an administrative ward in Kigoma District of Kigoma Region in Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 65 km2 (25 sq mi),[2] and has an average elevation of 1,058 m (3,471 ft).[3] In 2016 the Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics report there were 18,681 people in the ward, from 16,972 in 2012.[1]: 125 [4]: 147
