This image is under fair use, and came from the official WPHS website. No infringement is intended in any way. No other copy can be found.

I understand that no infringement is intended. However, when a free image can be created we should not use non-free content (WP:NFCC#1). In this case one can easily take a free picture of one of the choirs described in the Winter Park High School article. We do not use non-free content when free content can be created that "serves the same encyclopedic purpose". Theleftorium 15:56, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
