This pic has been used on the page since April 11, 2006. The fair use rationale should be adequate. The only possible replacement is if someone takes a pic of The All-American Rejects in concert and uploads it with GFDL or Creative Commons Licenses. Without a pic, the article is rather bland and lacking. Keep the present pic and delete it when a better one (better license) comes up. Jumping cheese Cont@ct 13:19, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
- According to WP:FUC, a copyrighted image should not be used if a "free equivalent is available or could be created". Since a free image could be created "if someone takes a pic of The All-American Rejects in concert and uploads it", the image does not meet the fair use criteria. —ShadowHalo 11:55, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- Can the image be kept, until a replacement is found? Place a notice under the pic requesting a free image. If not, people will keep uploading the same kind of pic under fair use. Jumping cheese Cont@ct 23:51, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- The tag to add is {{reqfreephoto}}, and the place to put it is the talk page of the article. —Angr 08:36, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
