Fair use issue

Since they just changed their lineup recently, there aren't really many pictures out there showing the current members. What's wrong with using a picture from their MySpace anyways? That's what I see on most bands' Wikipedia articles. --Hotdoglives 04:58, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
