The result was to delete the image.
An image of these two men together is not necessary, and an image of either of them individually is replaceable, as both are relatively public figures. --RobthTalk 01:51, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Unique Promotional image supplied by Derek Sherinian under Fair use. Tvccs 00:58, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- That's true, but it says nothing about whether the image is replaceable. You aren't really disputing that the image is replaceable; you're just stating what it is. – Quadell (talk) (random) 17:19, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- Oh, and P.S. Our fair use policy forbids using a non-free image if a free image could be created that could be used in its place. See criterion #1 and counter-example #8. In this case, it would be possible to create a free image; therefore this non-free image may not be used. Whether a free replacement image exists or not at this time is not relevant. – Quadell (talk) (random) 17:19, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- This was a one-time image, as Djivan is from Armenia and is usually not in the U.S. The image would be impossible to duplicate that includes Derek Sherinian, he was courteous enough to provide it. Wait, is this a case for the worldwide Wikipedia papparazzi? Tvccs 15:52, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- This was indeed a one-time event, but it is an event that is not discussed in the article. I believe that any photo of Gasparyan would illustrate the article just as well. – Quadell (talk) (random) 19:12, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- None exists. Not that you care. Send a request to the Armenian Wikipedia papparazzi. I'm sure they'll round one up in no time. Tvccs 01:23, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

The above assertion that there was no article discussion was false. There were in fact mentions in two places in the article relating to this image. Tvccs 05:30, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
