- Sorry, but that's not a reason to keep a fair use image. If it's of a living person or a group of living people, and if there is any kind of reasonable possibility that a free photo could some day be obtained (either through a Wikipedian — not necessarily you — taking a photo or through persuading them to release a photo under a free licence), then it's not acceptable to use a non-free image.
