The following discussion is an archived debate of the proposed deletion of a fair use image as a replaceable image. Please do not modify it.

The result was to delete the image.

It is disputed whether or not this image violates our non-free content criteria.

The reason given is: There are no free images of Toccara availible. She is a model, and all images presented of her are going to be owned by either the photographers who took them or the media organization that has released them. Therefore, this passed the first criterion of no replacements being availible.

Replaceable fair use

In regards to the argument that photos of models are not replaceable, please see User:Videmus Omnia/Free Images. They can be obtained under free license, but there is no incentive for anyone to obtain or contribute one if a non-free image is already on the page. Videmus Omnia Talk 19:39, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
