The result was to delete the image.
The image was requested for deletion as it illustrates a subject for which a free image might reasonably be found or created that adequately provides the same information.
In defence of the image it was stated "This image has a valid license to be used on this page by the copyright holder (UAB)" In the fair use template it states "UAB has granted permission to use images for noncommercial purposes.". Note that non-commercial licenses are not suitable for free use of an image.
The stated purpose of use was "To illustrate Akofa Bonsi as a Truman Scholar." However, non-free images of people may only be used to illustrate the person in question, if no free alternative could reasonably be created. This is not the case here, so I have deleted the image as a fair use violation.
