The correct Russian would be Википедия - свободная энциклопедия. Right now it's in the genitive case, comparable to the English "Wikipedia's, the free encyclopedia's". PeepP00:30, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
Why do we need a wikipedia logo on the image in the first place though? I think it would be better without it, I dislike how companies tend to spam their logo all over their images making them inconvenient to reuse, so I would rather see it not done with the WP logo.
